Taking Aim at Homelessness at the 2025 Charity Trap Shoot. $264,000 raised!
On Tuesday, March 4, 2025, 80 shooting teams (400 shooters!), along with a crowd of volunteers and spectators, took aim at homelessness during our annual Charity Trap Shoot event. Thanks to our sponsors, participants, volunteers and donors, the 2025 Charity Trap Shot was a huge success, raising $264,000- a new record for HomeAid Phoenix fundraising.
HomeAid Phoenix’s Executive Director, Cindy Quenneville, was overjoyed at the results of this year’s event, stating “What a great day! The display of support and generosity of our builder community is second to none, as you can see by the record-shattering revenue of this year’s event. Proceeds from events like our annual Trap Shoot help us strengthen our mission of helping those experiencing or at risk of homelessness right here in the valley, allowing us to continue to provide support for construction, community engagement and education to strengthen the availability of services to those most in need in partnership with our local nonprofit organizations.” She added, “We certainly have our work cut out for us at next year’s Trap Shoot, as we strive to continue to raise the bar, and dollars raised, at each year’s event. We’ll see you next Spring!”
